Once if we receive your order, Our expert QC will control quality, leadtime for you . also,we will provide you with special package and safe freight in time We do not offer refunds. Only store credit. We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you. We will exchange the shoes if for reason we've sent the wrong shoe or size. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and/or an exchange. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. You must send back the shoes within 5 days to be eligible for an exchange.

With mailing quickly

All goods are shipped from fujian China. We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-7 days depending on location. We will provide you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email within 2 days of your payment. Please note, find the salesman who you placed order to, is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. (This has never happened as our carriers are very good.) All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
